Relief Alliance is proud to nominate individuals who are passionate about making a tangible difference in their communities and beyond. As a Peace Ambassador affiliated with the United Nations through the Universal Peace Federation, you have the opportunity to advocate for peace, justice, and unity at the local, state, national, and international level.

By partnering with Relief Alliance, Peace Ambassadors amplify their impact through humanitarian work, youth empowerment, and community initiatives that provide relief, support, and opportunities for those in need.

What It Means to Be a Peace Ambassador

As a Peace Ambassador, you will:

  • Advocate for peace and unity within your community, state, and country
  • Participate in global initiatives that support humanitarian and peace-building efforts
  • Access events with former heads of state, nonprofit leaders, and influential global figures (attendance optional)
  • Build networks with leaders and changemakers dedicated to a better world

What You’ll Receive

  • Nomination by Relief Alliance for official recognition as a UPF Peace Ambassador
  • Upon approval, a formal hard-cover certificate in your name acknowledging your Ambassador of Peace appointment
  • Access to exclusive global events, networking opportunities, and educational resources

Who Qualifies

We welcome applications from individuals who:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to humanitarian work, peace-building, or community service
  • Exhibit leadership skills and the ability to inspire others
  • Maintain integrity, professionalism, and a strong moral character
  • Are prepared to advocate for peace locally, nationally, and internationally

About the Universal Peace Federation

The Universal Peace Federation (UPF) is an international organization dedicated to building peace through cooperation, compassion, and service. Founded in 2005 in New York City, it holds General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), recognizing its global impact in peacebuilding and humanitarian work.

UPF brings together leaders and citizens from every background to promote unity, strengthen families, and encourage people to “live for the sake of others.” Its Ambassadors for Peace network includes thousands of individuals worldwide who work toward reconciliation, understanding, and lasting peace in their communities.
