Relief Alliance was not born in a boardroom. It was born from lived experience, from the darkest chapters of a father’s life, and from the belief that the people who have been through the hardest things are often the best equipped to help others through theirs.
Every dollar donated goes directly to serving individuals and families in need. Join us in building brighter futures.
“To transform lives and strengthen communities by providing humanitarian aid, emergency assistance, youth empowerment programs, community outreach, and long-term opportunities that help individuals and families overcome challenges, discover hope, and build brighter futures.”
Father and son. Founders of Relief Alliance.
Before becoming a father, Jeremy McNally battled addiction and experienced homelessness firsthand. He knows what it feels like to be hungry, uncertain of where to sleep, and wondering if anyone cares. During some of the darkest moments of his life, a helping hand from others reminded him that hope still existed.
Jeremy entered recovery, pursued higher education, rebuilt his life, and discovered healing through serving others. As he raised his son, Aiden, he taught him the same lesson that changed his life: when you have the ability to help someone, you do.
Years later, father and son founded Relief Alliance with one mission: to be the helping hand they once needed. What started as a local effort to serve those experiencing homelessness quickly grew into a comprehensive humanitarian organization.
Today, Relief Alliance serves thousands of individuals, families, and youth in underserved communities across the United States and around the world, proving that even the hardest stories can become a source of hope for others.
Jeremy McNally’s journey to founding Relief Alliance was not a straight line. Before becoming the leader of a nationally recognized humanitarian organization, Jeremy battled addiction, experienced homelessness, and faced the kind of uncertainty that makes a person question whether tomorrow is worth fighting for.
What changed everything was the kindness of strangers who chose to help when they did not have to. That experience planted a seed. Jeremy entered recovery, pursued higher education, rebuilt his life from the ground up, and discovered that his greatest purpose was not in spite of his past, but because of it.
As a father, Jeremy raised his son Aiden with the same principle that saved his own life: when you have the ability to help someone, you do. Today, Jeremy leads Relief Alliance with the authority of someone who has lived the mission, not just managed it. His work has been recognized by the United States Congress, the United Nations, and the National Parents Day Awards Ceremony.
Aiden McNally grew up watching his father rebuild a life from nothing and dedicate it entirely to others. From an early age, Aiden understood that service was not an obligation. It was an identity.
As co-founder of Relief Alliance, Aiden brings a young person’s perspective to the organization’s mission. He understands what today’s youth face because he is living it alongside them. His leadership of the organization’s youth programs, including the Florida Youth Pickleball League and youth empowerment initiatives, reflects a deep belief that young people are not the future. They are the present.
Aiden’s work proves that you do not have to wait until you are older to make a difference. The example he sets for the youth Relief Alliance serves is perhaps the most powerful program the organization offers.
Relief Alliance’s work has been recognized at the United Nations level, bringing the organization’s humanitarian mission to a global stage.
