Jeremy McNally is a nationally recognized humanitarian, founder, father, visionary leader and co-founder behind the nonprofit Relief Alliance. A recipient of the Congressional Award for his exceptional service and dedication to his community, Jeremy’s journey is driven by compassion and shaped by hardship, leading him to dedicate his life to rebuilding hope for families and individuals facing homelessness, poverty, and personal crisis.
As a single father, Jeremy raised his son Aiden after the boy’s mother left at age two. Together, they co-founded Relief Alliance to provide not only emergency resources, but also rehabilitation, youth empowerment, life skills training, and transformational opportunities to kick start futures. In honor of this profound impact, Jeremy was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Business, recognizing his innovative leadership in merging philanthropy with sustainable strategy.
Jeremy has also been honored as Parent of the Year on National Parents Day (July 26, 2025, Pasadena, CA) by the Universal Peace Federation, recognized by the United Nations. He was also appointed as a Peace Ambassador by the Universal Peace Federation with affiliation to the United Nations.
Jeremy’s influence and work have garnered a national profile, with recognition extending from Hollywood, California to Florida and a growing global audience. He co-founded Wealth Strategy Media with Aiden and serves as Executive Producer of Teen-X TV, leveraging media to amplify impact and tell meaningful stories.
Through his leadership of Relief Alliance, McNally Software, and media ventures, Jeremy bridges innovation and humanitarian impact, showcasing to the world what is possible when purpose meets perseverance.
Aiden McNally is the teenage co-founder of Relief Alliance and one of the youngest emerging humanitarian voices in America. Raised by his father, Jeremy McNally, and guided by a legacy of family compassion, Aiden grew up not just witnessing service, but living it. His extraordinary commitment has been recognized with a Congressional Award for his service and a Teen-Xcellence Award for his leadership and positive influence.
Along with his father, he is a Peace Ambassador with the Universal Peace Federation with affiliation to the United Nations. From a young age, he joined his father in feeding the homeless, restoring landmarks, and giving back to those forgotten by society. In 2024, at just 16, Aiden co-founded Relief Alliance, sparking a movement that quickly gained national attention for its deep, personal impact on struggling families.
Now, Aiden helps lead Relief Alliance’s Youth Development Program, empowering teens with life skills, mentorship, and opportunities to shape their future with confidence and purpose. He is also co-producer of the show Teen-X TV, spearheading the youth group featured on the program, and serves as Director for EzWay’s Florida division, where his father is President.
Aiden’s courage, compassion, and conviction are changing lives, proving that leadership has no age limit.
Relief Alliance was founded by father-son duo Jeremy and Aiden McNally with a radical idea: what if helping people meant truly rebuilding lives? What started as handing out meals became a movement that combines:
Today, we’re an alliance of CEOs, celebrities, and everyday heroes proving that communities heal best when we rise together.
Relief Alliance was born from love, legacy, and a deep-rooted commitment to humanity.
Jeremy McNally was raised by a family grounded in compassion — both his parents and grandparents played a powerful role in shaping his heart for service. When Jeremy became a young father, that same loving family stepped in once again — not only to support him, but to help raise his son, Aiden, after Aiden’s mother left when he was just two years old.
From a young age, Aiden was raised to see the world through a lens of empathy. Jeremy made sure of it — taking him along to volunteer, restore historic landmarks, and feed the homeless. These weren’t just family outings — they were lessons in leadership, kindness, and purpose.
In July 2024, after relocating to Florida, one simple act reignited their shared mission. After feeding a homeless man, Jeremy and Aiden returned home and sat in their living room talking — we should be doing more, they agreed. A lot more.
That’s the moment Relief Alliance was born.
What started with a father and son soon became a national force — a growing alliance of nonprofits, celebrities, CEOs, media voices, philanthropists, and everyday people, all united to bring dignity and opportunity to those who need it most.
In under a year, their mission has reached the national spotlight — not because they sought attention, but because compassion this consistent is impossible to ignore.
