Emergency aid keeps someone alive today. Rehabilitation gives them a life worth living tomorrow. Our rehabilitation program provides the skills, support, and opportunities people need to move from homelessness to independence.
Your donation funds job coaching, training materials, and direct employment opportunities for people rebuilding their lives.
Our founder Jeremy McNally walked this road himself. The rehabilitation program was built on what he knows works, not what looks good on paper.
Financial literacy, communication, time management, and the practical skills that make independence possible.
Professional resume development, interview preparation, and job search support from people who understand the barriers.
Connections to employers, job fairs, and community partners who are committed to giving second chances.
Where possible, Relief Alliance creates direct paid opportunities for program participants to earn income while rebuilding.
Before founding Relief Alliance, Jeremy McNally battled addiction and experienced homelessness firsthand. He did not build this program from a textbook. He built it from memory. He knows what works because he needed it himself.
Today, Jeremy holds a Congressional Award, an Honorary Doctorate, and recognition as a UN Peace Ambassador. His son Aiden, who grew up watching his father serve others, is now his partner in the mission. This program is their legacy.
