Our youth programs go where schools often cannot. We teach leadership, life skills, and career readiness to young people in underserved communities, and we pair them with mentors who have walked hard roads and come out stronger.
Academic knowledge is important. But the skills that determine whether a young person thrives or struggles are rarely found in a textbook. Relief Alliance fills that gap with programming that is honest, practical, and built around real-world outcomes.
Real-world leadership skills that go far beyond what any classroom teaches. Youth learn to speak, lead, and inspire.
Financial literacy, conflict resolution, communication, and emotional intelligence. The skills that determine outcomes in life.
Exposure to careers, industries, and professionals that expand what young people believe is possible for their future.
Connection with adults who have overcome adversity and built meaningful lives. Role models who look like the future, not the past.
“This program showed me what I was capable of. I never had anyone believe in me like that before.”
From STEM education to television to sports to community service, our youth programs meet young people where they are and take them where they want to go.
Our STEM program is the academic backbone of our youth empowerment work. One-on-one tutoring, SAT and ACT prep, AP Physics, advanced mathematics, and custom workshops. Youth who participate may also earn community service hours and receive certificates of completion.
Teen-X TV is a youth-led television program produced and hosted by young people. It gives youth a real platform to develop their voice, build media skills, and share stories that matter. Teen-X TV airs across multiple television networks and digital platforms globally.
Relief Alliance is the founding organization behind the Florida Youth Pickleball League. Youth ages 8 to 18 compete, connect, and grow through one of the fastest-growing sports in America. The League builds discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork while giving young people a healthy, positive community.
Youth who participate in Relief Alliance programs may earn community service hours that may be accepted for high school graduation requirements, National Honor Society, college applications, scholarship eligibility, and more. Certificates of participation are issued for qualifying programs.
Teen-X TV is a television program for youth, led by youth. Young people step in front of the camera, develop their voice, and share stories that matter to their generation. The show airs across television networks, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and digital platforms globally.
Teen-X TV gives young people a platform that most adults never get. It builds confidence, communication skills, media literacy, and a sense of purpose that extends far beyond the screen.
Youth who participate in Relief Alliance programs may earn community service hours that may be accepted for a wide range of requirements. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the receiving organization, and Relief Alliance cannot guarantee acceptance.
Every youth who completes a qualifying Relief Alliance program receives an official Certificate of Completion from Relief Alliance. These certificates are suitable for college applications, scholarship portfolios, resumes, and academic records.
Issued to every participant who completes a Relief Alliance STEM workshop.
Official documentation of hours served, signed by Relief Alliance leadership.
Outstanding students receive letters of recommendation and public recognition.
Youth volunteers receive official documentation of their service contributions.
Aiden McNally co-founded Relief Alliance alongside his father Jeremy. He grew up watching his father serve others and learned early that when you have the ability to help, you do. Aiden brings a young person’s perspective to every youth program we run, ensuring our programming speaks to young people where they actually are.
Youth volunteers also earn community service hours. Adult volunteers make a lasting difference. Every role matters.
Commit as little as 2 hours per month to guide a young person through challenges and opportunities.
