Media & Recognition

Who is Jeremy McNally?

Jeremy McNally is a nationally recognized humanitarian, founder, father, and visionary leader behind the nonprofit Relief Alliance. Driven by compassion and shaped by hardship, Jeremy has dedicated his life to rebuilding hope for families and individuals facing homelessness, poverty, and personal crisis.

As a single father who raised his son Aiden after the boy’s mother left at age two, Jeremy’s journey has been one of deep personal sacrifice and relentless service. That same passion fuels the mission of Relief Alliance, which he co-founded with Aiden to provide not only emergency resources, but true rehabilitation and opportunity for those in need.

Jeremy is being honored as Parent of the Year on National Parents Day, July 26, 2025, in Pasadena, CA, by the International Peace Federation, a prestigious organization recognized by the United Nations. He is also an honorary doctorate candidate for his extraordinary contributions to humanitarian work in America.

Through his dual leadership of Relief Alliance and his tech consulting firm McNally Software, Jeremy has built a rare bridge between innovation and impact — showing the world what happens when purpose meets perseverance.

Who is Aiden McNally?

Aiden McNally is the teenage co-founder of Relief Alliance and one of the youngest emerging humanitarian voices in America. Raised by his father, Jeremy McNally, and supported by a legacy of family compassion, Aiden grew up not just witnessing service — but living it.

From a young age, he joined his father in feeding the homeless, restoring landmarks, and giving back to those forgotten by society. But Aiden wasn’t content just tagging along. In 2024, at only 16 years old, he co-founded Relief Alliance alongside his dad, sparking a movement that would quickly gain national attention for its deep, personal impact on struggling families.

Wise beyond his years, Aiden now helps lead Relief Alliance’s Youth Development Program, empowering teens with real-world life skills, mentorship, and opportunities to shape their future with confidence and purpose. He’s not just a co-founder — he’s a peer ally, mentor, and inspiration to countless youth who finally see someone their age walking the walk.  In addition to his humanitarian work, he is a director for EzWay’s Florida division which his father is the President of.

Aiden’s courage, compassion, and conviction are changing lives — and proving that leadership has no age limit.

Our Founding Story

Relief Alliance was born from love, legacy, and a deep-rooted commitment to humanity.

Jeremy McNally was raised by a family grounded in compassion — both his parents and grandparents played a powerful role in shaping his heart for service. When Jeremy became a young father, that same loving family stepped in once again — not only to support him, but to help raise his son, Aiden, after Aiden’s mother left when he was just two years old.

From a young age, Aiden was raised to see the world through a lens of empathy. Jeremy made sure of it — taking him along to volunteer, restore historic landmarks, and feed the homeless. These weren’t just family outings — they were lessons in leadership, kindness, and purpose.

In July 2024, after relocating to Florida, one simple act reignited their shared mission. After feeding a homeless man, Jeremy and Aiden returned home and sat in their living room talking — we should be doing more, they agreed. A lot more.

That’s the moment Relief Alliance was born.

What started with a father and son soon became a national force — a growing alliance of nonprofits, celebrities, CEOs, media voices, philanthropists, and everyday people, all united to bring dignity and opportunity to those who need it most.

In under a year, their mission has reached the national spotlight — not because they sought attention, but because compassion this consistent is impossible to ignore.
