Thank you for choosing to support Relief Alliance. By making a donation to Relief Alliance, you are contributing to our mission of providing essential resources and services to American families impacted by the immigration crisis. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our donation services and set forth the terms under which donations are processed. By donating, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Donation Purpose

All donations made to Relief Alliance are intended to support our mission, including providing food, shelter, legal support, counseling, and other services to families in crisis. While we will make every effort to apply your donation as per the designated campaign or purpose, Relief Alliance retains the right to reallocate donations to areas of greatest need if necessary.

2. Donation Process

• Methods of Payment: Donations can be made through various payment methods available on our website, including credit card, debit card, and other supported payment systems. By providing your payment information, you consent to the processing of your donation.
• Amount and Frequency: You can make a one-time donation or set up a recurring donation. By setting up a recurring donation, you authorize Relief Alliance to charge the provided payment method on a regular basis. You can modify or cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
• Currency: All donations will be processed in the currency stated on the website at the time of donation. Relief Alliance does not accept responsibility for any exchange rate discrepancies.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, in certain circumstances, such as an error in processing or an accidental donation, Relief Alliance may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of making your donation.
